How do u burn non selfboot games with a unpack.exe but no inject.exe to put the wavs in the iso

I use bin2boot but I just don't know what to do. I have at least 6 games that fall in this subject. Thanks in advance

If it's non-selfbooting, use nero > new session > multi-session (mode2)! Drag & drop all files + unpacked audio-tracks. Burn. Play!
