Core clock speed and core multiplier doesn't give you 2000mhz exactly, this can only happen if you messed up when you change the speed and/or multiplier, like overclocking or underclocking. For example in my pc, normally there is nothing wrong with my core clock which is 2.93GHz, I enabled Speedstep it becomes 2.94GHz(speed may vary), I overclock it becomes 3.76Ghz. Basically what I'm saying is that you should just check the BIOs for the details or cpu-z or just round off the value to make it 2.0GHz.
I don't think there is anything wrong with sysinfo.dll except for the CD/DVD functions if the hardware is not installed.

I can help you with rounding off to one or 2 decimal places since round converts cardinal, single or extended to integer.
Rather have 2.00GHz or 2.0Ghz than 2GHz.
