Compressor and i want help on cmd

I HAVE created archrive using -mprecomp+srep+delta+dict+lzma:max
i used precomp -intense0 -s130 -cn-
but my question is while extracting with arc.exe x data.bin.. precomp creates a arcpacked file,,,, but i saw on some repack like dz team etc.... they use cls.ini... how to use cls.ini or cls-precomp in cmd. and i tried to repack nfs mw2005 it came to 2000mb but one of my frnd repaked it to 300mb... he said: to figure me out..(note: he doesn't use arc.ini,, he uses all separetly) how to do it... he said arc:max+precomp+srep+arc:max

it is kind of impossible to make NFSMW to 300Mb unless if you resampled or deleted the videos of the game, I also made it 2Gbs in making the game small but I used 7-Zip and it came down to 1.8GB.

Ok.... i have also figured out cls-precomp and cls-srep,,,, THEN that guy was lying to me...:o:o

Perhaps he might be using UHARC for compression. and ripped of the videos and audio files probably. it might be the case.
