BF4 fixed files

I've been playing BF4 using a converted Russian -> English copy. Every time there's a game update my game gets broken and reverted back to Russian. Usually I just copy in fixed EXE files from here:

The lag for new fixed files seems to be growing every time there is a new BF4 update. There are currently no fixed files for the latest update. :(

Try outcome ? Google bf4 outcome

I haven't tried it and used the fixed exe method but its a good alternative and a lot of people recommend it.
