Metal Gear Rising Revengeance 3xDVD9 6xDVD5 *CIU 1.0.0.6* by dark_prince
Based on CIU 1.0.0.6 by yener90
.bat file and compression method by Peterf1999 and Fabioddq
Art: found online and ingame.
Music: Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Main Theme
Tested on: Win7 Ultimate 64bit
Final size: 24.6GB
Supports: MULTI4: EN/FR/ES/IT

1. Install the game and extract attachment somewhere on your computer, NOT in the game installation directory,

2. Start Compress.bat, wait for it to compile

3. Make ISO file and test before burning

PS: added cancel button and fixed the spelling in the installer.

The version of the sd videos I have also as 6.33gb of videos and we'll compressed it fits on 2dvd5, for those who want to use a no DVD file you juste replace before compressing the bats...and prudislav yes i know that it as the same files but if you take a look a the compress.bat you should look that one is a exclude list, the one solution found for compressing the game exe along with the cabs and there's just a little bug on the cabs as I did not had the time to test it.

Hi it game can compress a bit? i have blu-ray disc on blank and the size is 23.3 GB limit

So had the time to test the 6xDVD5 version but unfortunately even compressing the game it doesn't make the DVD's number smaller, i'm gonna make 2 threads one with 3xDVD9 to 6xDVD5 and the 2xDVD5 Conversion.

I have a problem, after the compression i have six iso files, but when i install, it only install two of them and says that it is complete but obiously the game doesn't work...

sent PM to fix setup file to correctly ask for next dvd

oh, & suggestion...
when you update you file add a version#, instead of using same filename

that way people will know its been updated.

as of now it should be v1.2

It's not compressing the main exe file. I see the file in the "data1.lst" but it does not get compressed in the "data1.cab"


EDIT:

Ok I fixed the problem by just adding the file at the bottom of the list as well as the top. It seems the the compressor is ignoring the first file.

you can do that by yourself. move archives until it sets DVD9s and try to edit setup.ini for correct disk number.

search in the forum. this game has many conversion with uses few dvds, but you need xbox 360 videos (because they are more compressed than the pc and ps3 version)
