Go to the folder you installed the game (e.g. C:\Program Files\Payday 2) and move unins000.dat and unins000.exe from that folder somewhere else. When you finish with the conversion, put those two files back in the game folder so you can uninstall the game to test the conversion.
Leaving those two files within game folder before the start of the conversion process often leads to errors.
Perfectly work on win7 64 bit SP1
Congrats!
Great work men! Works like a charm on windows 7 64 Bits. I salute you from Guatemala.
Great work! One question, can you tell me wich are the correct .cab sizes I'm supposed to get?

Hi gatosky1620's. I have some problems with the convertion, when i was installing the game appears this problem in the second disk:

Same question.
In my conversion:
DVD1 3.34 GB
DVD2 1.64 GB
Why we need to move unins000.dat and unins000.exe?

read post #6 ( from HellRazor & then you'll understand why.

That can be the reason of the error message during installation? I think that I removed the files before making the conversion but now I'm not so sure especially reading that it worked fine for other people, will try again and see what happens:)
