Call of Juarez - Gunslinger DVD9 -> DVD5 Converter

Thx Fabio for parameters.
Uses CIU 2.0.

1. Install the game

2. Download attachment, extract completely(wherever you want) and launch converter.exe.

3. Select the drive, where the TEMP folder should be, choose path where you installed the game and click on "Convert"
-> You can enable Create Iso function, if you have ImgBurn installed.

4. Burn temp folder or burn the ISO file

DVD = 2.46 GB

FINISHED!!!:D

Time: 35 minutes

My converter has troubles detecting correct system space on some systems.
if you have "you dont have enought space..." message,
open Converter.ini change Needespace to 0.

yener if i want to make it none compressed, how to change it ? since even with uncompressed the game will still fit 1 dvd. Maybe it will speed up the installation process

I has same issue that IF you had checked off to install Directx & Vcredist it would only install those 2 items & then finish. So to have it install properly you MUST have those 2 items unchecked, then it installs fine.

hmmm, something really strange there then. tested on both w7x64 / w8x64.. same thing happened on both OS's.

data.cab > 2.26GB & havent tested the NEW setup.exe yet, just grabbed it.

- new option to disable crosshair regardless of the difficulty mode

I have the same problem too. it fails to create a shortcut in desktop. but the game works fine after the installation.

I'd start checking your system for issues, bad ram, dvd burner replace, etc. As this is the third conversion you've done that have resulted in weird errors.

also check your system temp folder & clear its contents out too, make sure you have plenty of free hard disk space, when running conversions, and not running anything
else while that process is going on.

i know the issue.
i integrate a path check tool and didnt expect that it would give an error on x86 systems. inno should now itself, that x64 path are not available on x86. i have already integrated the check that will solve this error. will upload it later.

if you had first version of the file AND checked to install DX / C++ thats why it only installed those 2 files. It was fixed with an update to the setup, which you needed to replace in the conversion folder ( only if you'd completed it already. )

nene777 you have serious system issues, and would probably be beneficial to backup everything personal, reformat & reinstall your OS.

Almost every conversion thats posted here works fine on XP / W7 / W8, as long as you keep system updated properly, and make sure the pre-requisites for games get installed properly.

Ive tested many of them on all 3 OS's & they work fine, yes I ve a triple boot system, with Xp/W7/W8 all running together in 1 PC. no issues with any of the conversions posted yet.

i did conversion after i installed update 1.02 and resolution didn't work in the game.
i entered above reg keys and resolution worked.
