Use Inno Unicode Version (u)!

Testet on Win7 x64
Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Italian, Hungarian, Korean

1. Install Might & Magic Heroes VI Gold Edition
2. Update the Game to v1.8. You can do this through gu.exe in gamedir or download update package from ubi.com
3. Install Might & Magic Heroes VI - Shades of Darkness
4. Update SoD to 2.1.1
5. Download attachment and extract it somewhere (not in gamefolder)
6. Copy Support folder from Shades of Darkness DVD to MMH6SoD_2 folder**
7. Open InstallerScript.iss and change the second line where your game is installed (eg. #define ProgramFiles "D:\Might & Magic Heroes VI")
8. Compile and wait to finish
9. Move the following files to MMH6SoD_1
Autorun.exe, Setup.cab, Setup.ini
Setup.exe, Setup-1a.bin, Setup-1b.bin, Setup-1c.bin

10. And the following files to MMH6SoD_2
Setup-2a.bin, Setup-2b.bin, Setup-2c.bin

10**. If you go with 3xDVD5, copy following files to MMH6SoD_3 folder
Setup-3a.bin, Support folder from Shades of Darknes DVD

11. Finish

12. As always, test before burn on DVD!!


Compression:
none - 3xDVD5 all languages

1xDVD5 with one language not possible with internal inno compression.
Also not possible with internal compression 2xDVD5 with all languages.
If you want 2xDVD5 only, delete other languages from gamedir and recompile.
Maybe 1xDVD5 with precomp+srep is possible with 1 language (english only). Don't test this.


Sizes (3xDVD5):
DVD1 - ~4,33GB
DVD2 - ~4,33GB
DVD3 - ~1,05GB

Sizes (2xDVD5):
DVD1 - ~4,33GB
DVD2 - ~3,22GB

Notes:
1xDVD5 1 language (english only) or 2xDVD5 with all languages are not possible with internal compression nor external compression. see post #5 (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=417894&postcount=5).

It's probably the sizes of small installer, regardless the size of png, we cant determine height or length of information on small installer, so you have to make it in default sizes but also about same area

It's not possible to compress this game with additional compression so don't even try it. Already tried it :D

Ahh lol! that was the reason why the buttons somewhere in the middle of small installer. :D thanks for the hint!

Download Setup.cab.rar and replace the included Setup.cab with the one from MMH6SoD.rar. I forgot to put a grafic in Setup.cab from MMH6Sod.rar archive.

I removed all the foreign languages and the game stucks at loading screen...

The convertion is OK, but after install finish game not run. I think have problem with registry.
I tested with winXP, Win7 x86 & x64, Win8 pro x64.

Root: HKLM; SubKey: "SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Might & Magic Heroes VI"; ValueType: string; ValueName: DataPath; ValueData: D:\Might & Magic Heroes VI\Data; Flags: uninsdeletevalue uninsdeletekeyifempty

the bold section needs to be changed to {app}\Data;
same goes for the rest of the lines in ISS script under registry section. then it will input correct location to where YOU installed the game, not where HE installed his game. You will need to re-do conversion after fixing registry section in the script.
