Dead Island Riptide - 1xDVD5 *CIU+Srep+FreeArc lzma* *Updated 11/15/2013*

Based on CIU v2 by yener90; Compress.bat based on Peterf1999 and BAMsE scripts;
The renders of the SmallInstaller i edited a picture from the DeviantArt.

Note: Don't move Redist folder. Leave in game directory.

About versions:
v1.0: First release; (1523 downloads)

v1.1:
- Updated to CIU v2 latest version;
- Added splash.png;

1. Install the game and latest update (1.4.1.1.13). Download attachment and extract (Not in game foder);

2. Run Compress.bat, type your game directory and wait for Finished!

3. Make ISO and test before you burn.

Final Size:
2,65 GB (Included DLC's: Survival Pack (DataDLC1.pak) & The Fashion Victim DLC (DataDLC0.pak)
Compression Time: Slow (srep+FreeArc Lzma)
Installation Time: ~ 6 min

Max, installation time is very fast: only 6 min.
Anyway, open compress.bat with notepad or notepad++ and change:

-msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8

to

-mHigh: -m7 -md96m -ld192m

Conversion tested with update 2 (v1.4.1.1.10). Works fine. No need update the conversion. :D

Changelog:

Fixed the following issues:
- Autosave issue including objects state not being cleared upon starting new game.
- New Game Plus issue.
- Player unable to join people of the same chapter in Game Lobby menu.
- Alt-tab while splash screens (intro movies) problems resolved.
- Enemy characters are no longer removed from level after the cinematic at the end of chapter one.
- Equiping weapons using mouse repaired.
- Fix for parsing shops script. Makayla will now offer correct selection of items with Survivor Pack installed.

can i overwrite the new setup using the old setup.bin or cab used in the old conversion?
so i dont need to burn again in new dvd

Yes, delete Autorun.exe and replace the Setup.exe ;)

Only the uninstaller does not appear to me revo uninstaller pro program, any solution?

Use the Uninstall.exe in the game folder or start menu.

Hello, I have the version Dead Island Riptide Definitive Edition, the final conversion is 5.91 GB, you can fit on a DVD5? or this version requires 2 x DVD5?. Greetings.

As what Lorentz82 posted above, his final size is 2.64Gb.

Based on this, your Definitive Edition which have original size of 6Gb will have no problem to fit into a single DVD5.

Just follow the instructions in post #1 (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=417545&postcount=1)
