Instructions
-Game and Inno Setup Unicode MUST be Installed
-Download attachment
-Extract attactment
-Add DirectX in Conversion\DVD2\Support\DirectX or Conversion\DVD2\Support\DirectX
-Add VCRedist in Conversion\DVD2\Support\Redistributable or Conversion\DVD2\Support\Redistributable
-Open and Compile AutorunScript.iss
-Open InstallerScript.iss
-Set Game Directory in the script
#define SetupFiles="C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 3"
-Compile
-wait an Hour or more depending on Compression used(Default=LZMA2/Ultra64)
-Move Autorun.exe Setup.exe, Setup.cab, Setup.ini Setup-1*.bin to DVD1
-Move Setup-2*.bin to DVD2
-Launch DiskImageMaker to make disk images(if you want to)
-done

Conversion Details
DVD1=4.36GB
DVD2<4.36GB

unarc.dll is not compatible to your arc.exe you used for compression.

First: Your Steps in Post 1 seems not to be correct

Final: error code: 1 and 3

If I Run Installer.iss first, then Autorun.iss, it works but I've got a 3xDvD5 Conversion
