Just got my serial cable how the h**l do I use it??

Can't find any info on what I need to set this thing up, software, serial setting, ect.
Can someone give me a helping hand please?

download the DreamRip enchance Macro Dcrip.ttl,

start tterm,
load macro and the maro will done the rest for u.
