Just use Autorun.exe instead Setup.dll. But your problem is:

From Setup.ini delete all section under: [ExtractSettings]

[ExtractSettings]
FreeArcFile1=Data1.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1;
FreeArcFile2=Data2.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:2;
FreeArcFile3=Data3.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:3;

No need this section for internal compression. Only for external compression.

Kassane, update your Setup.ini! No need this section with internal compression. ;)

You have missing this dll from CIU 1.0.0.3 because your antivirus delete it.
yener removed this file in the latest version of CIU. It was detected as a virus (false positive i think).

This file is in the conversion, so disable the antivirus before you extract the files.

then log file just 3 sec. finis and
i cannot gate any setup.bin 1,2,3 or a,b,c like in folder

And you have activated the command:
#define ProgramFiles "C:\Program Files (x86)\Eletronics Arts\Kingdoms of Amalur" deleting ";" before the command.

The Convertion is Ok. But when i install game finished, i don't see the icon on desktop.
How to fix it, thanks.

check the names in setup.ini

MyExecutableName= ???.exe ( games exe file)
MyExecutablePath= games subfolder ( if not in root of game )

your autorun.exe, setup.exe, setup.cab, setup.ico, setup.ini + setup-1a,b,c files of course go on dvd1

setup-2a,b,c + setup.ico go on dvd2
setup-3a,b,c ( if exist) +setup.ico go on dvd3

don't work, not compressed any files, it happens the same as @chirag_mci when compile then log file just 3 sec. finis and
i cannot gate any setup.bin or a,b,c like in folder, sorry for my english. solutions?

Open InstallerScript.iss

First or Second line
#define ProgramFiles "C:\Program Files (x86)\Eletronics Arts\Kingdoms of Amalur"
Delete ";" infront of this line.
Compression=none change compression to what you want, example lzma2/ultra64
Put there your game path and compile (F5).

PS: And open Setup.ini and search for MyExecutableName=FC3Updater.exe
Put there the executable of the game
