still cant get this damn thing to work

i ahve been trying to make this work but there is always 2 major problems that come up when i open disk juggler it tells me that device manager failed and unable to initialize aspi manager what does this mean and how do i fix it?

i had that same problem with discjuggler 2, i downloaded discjuggler 3 and it works fine, try the same.
