History:

V1.01 - Setup.ini fix

1. Install the game. Install latest updates, all DLCs, apply no-dvd fix and no intro by senseman (http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/?g=1&c=725495341&d=2012&f=Sleeping%2520Dogs%2520NO%2520INTRO%2520FIX%2521r ar) if necessary.

2. Go to game's installed location and move Redist folder to Conversion/Disk2.

3. Download the attachment below, extract it.

4. Open compress.bat and locate your game's main directory, start process.

Compression may take 1 hour approx.

5. Test the conversion before burning them to actual DVDs.

Final Size:

DVD1: 3.49GB
DVD2: 3.13GB

Install the game from conversion and compare original game and converted version's size.

Silly me..

There was a mislabel error in Setup.ini file i fixed it.

Download V1.01 version of the conversion and take it's Setup.ini. Then overwrite it to yours.

You dont need to remake the conversion, just update Setup.ini.

Check your DVDs contents... You have Disk, Disk2 in DVD1, Disk3, 4 in DVD2.

Also make sure you have new setup.ini from V101

Download the video from other (AFAIK it was uncrypted) put the video on cab/background folder on tihs one

the game doesn't work it doesn't depart.
with other Russian installer works.
I think that this installer doesn't put some regkeys necessary to the game.
same identical problem also with hitman

Every RU based game has problems with regkeys, the game doesnt require any regkey, only steam perhaps.

It's working, i just tested. Install the game properly, make the conversion properly. And stop posting your error in every thread i have.
