Based on yener90 installer

Remove the original uninstall files before you make the conversion

1: FreeArc need to be installed on your system

Install the game Just Cause 2

2: Download attachment Just Cause 2,extract completely (wherever you want)

Go to install directory,run FreeArc,compress the following files

3: All files and folders compress

Output archive: Data1.cab
Compression: High: -m7 -md96m -ld192m

This conversion needs more information. A 'new' user would not know what to do just by reading the info you have supplied.
Conversions should always be written with as much detail as possible, the more detail the better.

Thanks to mesut28 for graphics and initial setup. I changed slightly and fixed registry

FreeArc need to be installed on your system

Download Freearc (http://freearc.org/Download.aspx2.)

1: Install the game Just Cause 2

2: Download attachment "JC2.rar", extract completely (not in install folder)

3: Go to install directory

4: Remove the original uninstall files

5: Move "directX" and "vcredist" folders to "Redist" folder in "JC2" folder.

6: Remove from "sound\fmod" folder

Dialog_Mission Specific_foreignlanguages.fsb
Dialog_PA_foreignlanguages.fsb

7: Run FreeArc, compress all files and folders with following settings or higher

Code:
Output archive: Data1.cab
Compression: High: -m7 -md96m -ld192m

8: Move 'Data1.cab' to 'JC2' folder.

9: Burn with label of your choice.
