The only cheats available for this game are at Cheat Happens. I've tested them and they work perfectly.

There is an other (and at least cheaper) option: Using the dev console allows e.g. to heal the whole party with one keystroke. This is not an "infinite health" cheat, but it works. And there is more. Just search the grimrock forum how to extract/enable the console.
