F.E.A.R.2 Project Origin & Reborn Expansion aio (4x DVD5)

Before you start i just want to say this is my first

conversion using peterf1999 The Witcher 2: Assassins of

Kings inno setup script so i want to thank him for it
and i have done much reading on this and many hours figuring
stuff out.
I know this is an old game but i wanted to do this one as i
have the original and the expansion and would rather have
them in 1 package and since no one has done it here that i
could see.

tested on 2 systems running windows 7 64 bit
and 1 system running windows vista 32 bit

v2.0 fixes errors with registry and uninstall

1) Install the game and the expansion (Reborn)
Add cracks where needed

2) Extract 'F.E.A.R.2.Reborn.TdM_INNO.7z' contents to

somewhere But not into the game folder
(you need at least ~ 30 gb of free space [Truthfully u might

need less i am not sure]) and then edit iss script:

from: #define SourcePath 'C:\Program Files (x86)\WB Games

\Fear 2 Project Origin\'

to: #define SourcePath 'yourgameinstallationpath\'

3) Copy from DVD to 'F.E.A.R.2.Reborn.TdM_INNO\Compiled\F2r_4' folder:

Support folder


4) Launch compile.bat & wait...

5) Burn or mount ISOs in 'compiled' folder

You have to change some lines in autorun.iss.
Search for all lines and change.
from:
'SOFTWARE\CD Projekt Red\The Witcher 2'
to:
'SOFTWARE\WB Games\Fear 2 Project Origin'

For improved your installer, you may want to change the font color in the Wizard installer and finish installer for better visualization or change the background image. The images below are my conversion for Fear 2 using The Witcher 2 Script:
Note: This conversion is not posted in the fileforuns, i used only for me. :D:D

thanx for the info Fabioddq i will change my iss file shortly and fix for reupload here and it is a good thing i checked here also as i am working on fallout nv ultimate 2 dvd5 version

nice job for first installer, rather then reuploading whole package again, just add the fixed script to first post, note it in instructions to replace it. ;)

i am compiling the fallout installer atm once that is done i gonna test my fear2 script an will upload both later today when i get back up goin to crash soon

@ Grumpy i need someone to test it on a 32 bit system as i am only using 64 bit atm on all my pcs. I have installed reinstalled many times on my 64 bit no problems
with new fix i added

No, this installer is not compatable with UA & its output as it reads records.ini for the output files & they wont match what is listed for filenames from compress.bat. It would need to be re-done to use new modified CIU & UA.
