Yeah, I need its conversion too, 2x DVD5. It's taking too long, probably they can't convert it

1x dvd5

1. Create a Temp folder
2. Copy from DVD9 to 'Temp' folder
3. delete 'other language' except 'your language' in 'maindata' folder
4. Edit setup.ini

4.1 change EnableLangDlg=Y to EnableLangDlg=N

4.2 change Default=0x0809 to your language

0x0809=English
0x040c=French
0x0407=German
0x0410=Italian
0x0415=Polish
0x040a=Spanish

4.3 change [0x0409] to your language

0x0409=English
0x040c=French
0x0407=German
0x0410=Italian
0x0415=Polish
0x040a=Spanish

5. burn 'temp folder' to dvd with label 'ANNO2070'

DVD9 to 1xDVD5

Copy all DVD to a directory DISC on the HDD.

After go to DISC on the HDD and go to \Files\TargetDir\maindata
Delete all files foreign language you don't want

eng0.rda => english
eng1.rda => english
esp0.rda => spanish
esp1.rda => spanish
fra0.rda => french
fra1.rda => french
ger0.rda => german
ger1.rda => german
ita0.rda => italian
ita1.rda => italian
patch1.rda => don't delete this file !!!
pol0.rda => poland
pol1.rda => poland

Burn with label ANNO2070 ;)

Need : Inno Setup (Unicode)

Preparation :
1. Install The Game
2. Download Attachments
3. Make Folder Anno5_1 and Anno5_2
4. Copy Autorun.inf and Autorun.ico To Anno5_1 and Anno5_2

Make 2xDVD5 :
1. Open Attachments
2. Change Source To Where You Install Game And Save
3. Press Compile
4. After Finish Make Folder Anno5_1 and Anno5_2
5. Move Setup.exe,Setup-1a,Setup-1b,Setup-1c to Anno5_1 and Edit Autorun.inf

Open=Setup.exe
icon=Autorun.ico

6. Move Setup-2a.bin to Anno5_2 and edit Autorun.inf

open=0
icon=Autorun.ico

and in the toolbar you will find compile button

Just do what "Hexens" said and u r good to go !
