layout.bin editor ? [Archive]

I used to have a tool that could directly edit layout.bin file for installshield.
I lost it.

Does anyone have this small tool, and can attach here?

sure here it is:

there is 2 bat files for 3.9GB layout & 4GB layout. ( the reason for 3.9GB layout is so you dont have to make UDF ISO ) Also a text document explaining all the different sizes available.
