1: Create 2 folders and named them: DISK1 and DISK2

2. Copy all the contents of DVD9 to DISK1

3. Move following files from DISK1 To DISK2

Setup-1e.bin
Setup-1f.bin
Setup-1g.bin
Setup-1h.bin

4. Copy following files from DISK1 to DISK2

autorun.inf
COJTC.ico

5. Edit Autorun.inf in DISK2 folder to like this

Icon=COJTC.ico
Name=Call of Juarez The Cartel

6. Burn or make iso's with same label names of temp folders

Install Sequence: DVD1-DVD2
