I'm looking for a No CD Patch for Earthworm Jim (The Essential Collection Version)

The CD Patch on GameCopyWorld doesn't work for it, as it says its the wrong file version. (Thats for 1.0 and I seem to have 1.01.) I've also tried Un-CDCheck and that fails to patch Worm.exe. Any help would be greatly apprechated.

See the PC games forum FAQ on how to request no-CD patches for old games.

As you can see it apparently has no protection. Though i'm betting its an unknown type as it asks for the CD when I try to run it without the CD in. And after copying all the files from the CD to my hard drive (it runs from the CD btw, theres no installation.)

When there's no install, its not the retail. Its some selfmade direct install version!?

No idea. I brought it from a shop several years ago. Its The Essential Collection version.

I think it should be easy to crack. Continue reading the PC Games forum FAQ and upload a test package for us. I'm extremely busy recently but, when I get fed up with work for the day, I might look into it...

Ok thanks Joe. It's uploading the attachment now to an email to you.

Edit: Sent.

I have a pretty strict E-mail filter installed and some others might want to help you so attach it here, on the forum, instead.

Alright. The email got sent back to me anyway too big apparently. Anyway here is the full zipped CD. (Its an RAR as its the only way I could actually upload it.)

Its an older game so naturally it displays messages about running it in 16-bit. (That message will appear before the one asking for the CD)

Try this, but make sure to disable CD Music in options or in the registry.
With it turned on, it will crash.
