problem with windows

Here what is it -

I formated by system. I have a laptop and now i cannot find the graphics software for it. Even i forgotten to note down what it was before.

Laptop is of Wipro..

Can anyone let me know the solution of this please

You probably received an install CD for it; find it. Also, there probably is a download center for this particular laptop on the manufacturer's website; if not, ask the user support. Finally, get a hardware diagnostic software, it will tell you the exact brand and type of each device in your laptop and then you can download the driver from that device's manufacturer - note that these so-called "reference drivers" don't always work on devices integrated into a laptop as those can have some special features that the driver is supposed to support but reference drivers don't support them.

If you have a CD then you can find there. Otherwise you should download drivers. I think its a drivers problem. Lets try to install VGA drivers.
