was very busy the last years and also got sick but i got through.Would be great if someone of the admins could enable PM again.

That you may not send PM's is probably due to the fact that you're a junior member. (This is to avoid PM spam.) As for not being allowed to post, what was the exact error message you received? Last time I checked there was nothing wrong with either PM's or the Software forum...

the error message is:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
As for private messaging: When i logged in a couple of days ago i did receive some spam messages.I deleted them and now the message box menu is completely gone.I would like to ask kindly and politely for ahead-activation of this feature.
