Problem With Dirt Patch 1.1

Anyone Help I get an error when I try to Start Dirt 2 Whith 1.1 Patch. With crack and with mini-image, I install the patch in Windows XP and Windows 7 and I get the same error, if i dont put patch appear insert the DVD.

After install patch I have this (image2), is this normal?
