The Call of Duty World at War 1.7 patch fixes a number of minor multiplayer bug fixes. A full list of patch notes can be seen below. Before patching to 1.7 you'll need your game updated to the World at War version 1.6 patch. Treyarch has also made the patch available for German language version as well as a dedicated server patch to update any servers you may be running to the latest version. All Call of Duty World at War patches can be downloaded for free from any of the hosting sites listed below.

* Fixed an MP server crash exploit.
* Fixed a voice chat crash on systems with no default recording device selected.
* Fixed an issue causing erroneous duplicate qport errors.
* Server admins can disable team switching by setting g_allow_teamchange to 0. Players will be restricted to Auto-Assign in team-based gametypes.

German Notes
* Exploit behoben, der Mehrspieler-Server zum Absturz bringen konnte.
* Fehler behoben, der auf Systemen ohne ausgewähltes Standard-Aufnahmegerät zum Absturz des Sprach-Chats führen konnte.
* Fehler behoben, der dazu führen konnte, dass irrtümlicherweise doppelte qports berichtet wurden.
* Server-Administratoren können den Teamwechsel untersagen, indem sie g_allow_teamchange auf 0 setzen. In Teamspielen steht den Spielern dann nur "Auto-Zuweisen" zur Verfügung.

As is typical with the Call of Duty series, there comes a time when SP is pretty much 'patched-up', which only leaves small MP bugs and balancing issues. And this is exactly what it is in this case. The reason there is no crack, is because this patch doesn't update SP past v1.6. Not sure where you heard about VTY doing a 1.7 :/ If there was such a release, it's most likely fake.

CoD MP binary had a cdcheck on it. Im guessing thats why the crack was released.

I didn't realize they added one into that. They haven't done on any other game or previous patch to my knowledge. Fair enough. Strange it isn't on the site in that case.

These cracks bring feasible with the version 1.6 for single player, equally thanks to all for answering, it will be necessary to keep on looking or waiting :)

No crack needed for MP, also no cdcheck, hm which separate MP (executable) has cdcheck?

Friend who is into CoD told me he patched his to latest and it asked for media when running the binary.

Patch 1.7 replaces singleplayer executable, protection is Safedisc 4.90.10 (without SD2API).
