I'm trying to get the Sims 2 on my PC, but I'm having trouble getting it to work.
I'm trying to get it to work without any of the CDs, but I'm not great at this stuff.

Here's what the file i downloaded said to do, you can look at it yourself if u feel like it:

Play Instructions:

* Install the game - Full Installation.
* Mount the SIMS2_1.MIR CD-Image using DAEMON Tools v3.47 or the latest Alcohol 120%.
* Play the Game without the CD!

I have daemon tools but it is new to me. And also, if I want to download any patches for this game, how can I do it? I've used patches before with Visual Boy Advance, but was looking for some help. Thanks.

nvm i got it installed now, I was just wondering about patches now.

The good thing about mini-images which you are using, when patches come out there is a good chance the mini-image will work. Because basically all the mini-image is is a image of the disc but just the protection.

So install your patches and use the mini-image you should be fine :)
