How can I download free PSP games?

I have a version 5.02 PSP. And want to play more games. Where can I download free PSP games and how to put them in my PSP?
I have also downloaded games on my computer ready to play. But my PSP won't play these games. What can I do to be able to play these games?

if you have the games,you can use usb line connect the PC and Psp.
