Mirror's Edge alternate cover art?

Can anyone tell me where the alternate cover art for Mirror's Edge seen here (http://m0003.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_mirrors_edge.shtml) comes from (the second image with the "Games for Windows" strip across the top)? I've searched the net and haven't found it anywhere else, and I thought better of emailing GCW as all the contact addresses seem to be for SERIOUS BUSINESS. Is it from a different region, a budget re-release, a fan-made custom job...? Hope somebody knows.
