Hi im in the uk 2 i have pal ps2 with the neo2.2 with action replay2 i have had no probs with any of my back up ps1 and ps2 games i hope this is of any use

Yes all u do is load the action replay disc that comes with the package press start game then start game with codes then eject the disc put in the disc u want to play and then press x and u will be away with ur back up games hope this has helped

I use DVD Region X to boot backups. It has fewer steps than AR2. Also the memory manager that boots up those 16MB cards will also boot backup games.
