Fallout 3 problem

I'm having a strange problem with my fallout 3. When I run the launcher instead of getting an option to "play" I only get an option to "install". When clicking "install" it just gives an error to run from setup.exe. However, I'm not trying to install, the game worked fine a few months ago.

1.Unistall "Fallout 3"
2.Clean Register
3.Install "Fallout 3"
4.Play Now!!!!:D

P.S. For cleaning your Register use "CCleaner"..........The Best for Me....

If it uses Windows Installer, try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301) if it doesn't (un)install properly. Also, remember to backup your savegames first!
