sim city 4 deluxe edition version 1.1.640

Hi all!
just wondering if anyone is able to make a no-cd out of this latest version of Sim city 4 deluxe executable. It seems the effort has been successful up to version 1.1.638 but not 1.1.640. I put a link to the file (hope it's ok to do so) and challenge all who are capable to give a crack at it! :p (as far as i know the exe is SD 2.9 protected if that helps)

from version 1 to 1.1.638 you can find it on official website

choose the sku1 update for this exe version (North America)

however, to get the 1.1.638 to 640 you need to register (with serial) to get the file. it's a small patch that actually patches 3 files, one of them is the executable. I have uploaded the small patch on rapidshare.
