Need help:(....overlord raising hell problem:(

I can’t start the "Overlord Raising Hell" game… when i run it, the first screen appear with the credits or loading screen and then, go back to desktop...y is that?....could it be i dont have my previous savegames or wat???.....help guyz!

2. does the same thing happen when using the original disk and original exe?
3. did the game work previously?
4. did you install it correctly?
