We don't host suspicious files so, please, don't bother to upload any. Try the "retarded" version of Cheat Engine and/or contact its author. (And, no, I'm not using a crap virus scanner as per suggested in the thread you linked.)

[...] Wow, that thread really is something! The majority of the posters are pathetic, clueless newbies wanting to look like TEH 34473 HAXXORZ with their elite speech, animated avatars and half-screen pictures in their signatures. I'm deeply thankful for your pointing me to this thread as it was an intellectual new year enlightenment. It might have said simply "yeah, I know, even the best virus scanner sometimes pick it up as malware but I already have some ideas how to do something about it" but tough guys don't give up so easily. If it's mostly people like those who use this Cheat Engine software then no wonder its author heroically chooses to stand up against all virus scanners instead of redesigning his software to cause less false positives. Truly amazing!

OH my dear, i have understand, you are the best in the world of programmers (or you think so)! My intention was to help some gamers and stop, i don't have avatar or half page pop-up and i'm 40 years hold so no need your irony! And please delete my account tanks. Best regards.

You were told why the links was removed, but you tried to justify it by linking to a page with a bunch of kids who think that by using CE's pointer system they can train a game.

I was not impressed, but slightly amused :)

Well what do you expect when he mingles with people who think WPE Pro is a game hacking tool and not what it is which is a packet editor.

@winchester70: Sorry, I didn't mean particularly you as being one of those idiots, my irony wasn't directed at you and I'm really thankful for this thread as it showed me that, yes, having been above this level of idiotism for a decade is the proof for my being a good programmer. ;)

[...] Also, if you allow me to suggest something: use a cheat engine other than Cheat Engine as I expect that you'll get virus reports from other people, too, which would be a waste of time for everyone concerned: you, users of your trainers, and author/users of Cheat Engine. I use trainers very, very rarely but the ones I downloaded from GCW were not detected by my virus scanner (NOD32) as malware so there is a way to avoid false positives.

I'm sorry for the mistake, and i'm glad to talk with serious persons like you. Now i'm working on the false positive problem so i will give finally this and other trainer.
