Not a trainer as such, but does allow God Mode and access to a lot of the weaponry..

Used this a bit myself, seems fine and doesn't affect any performance from what i have seen.

Didn't see this topic til now. The Native Trainer from GTAGarage really works very well on Vista. I have not tried it in multiplayer, only in single player OFFline.

It's now open for beta-testing.
