When I looked at the game for me the problem was the it would be a waste of using 2 dvd9 discs. So I wanted to split them in three dvds like freeman100 did (thanks) and then I looked again at it and something poped my mind, what about 1 dvd9 and 1 dvd5?

So here's what I did: (quoted freeman100's post with minor modifications since I took the main idea from him, hope you don't mind)

BLACKSITE AREA 51 2XDVD9 TO 1XDVD9+1xDVD5 MULTI

[1] COPY THE CONTENTS OF DVD2 TO A FOLDER CALLED BLACKSITE_1

[2] THEN COPY DVD1 TO THE SAME FOLDER SAYING YES TO ANY PROMPTS

[3] MAKE ANOTHER FOLDER CALLED BLACKSITE_2

[4] MOVE THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS TO THE BLACKSITE_2 FOLDER

Disk13
Disk14
Disk15
Disk16
Disk17
Disk18

MAKE ISO'S FROM THE 2 FOLDERS KEEPING THERE NAMES AS THE VOLUME LABEL & TEST...

EDIT...YOU CAN ALSO COPY THE AUTORUN.INF, ICON & THE AUTORUN.EXE FILE TO EACH OF THE OTHER 2 FOLDERS SO THEY LOAD AN ICON FILE...
