Ok boys, the conversion is THIS. Delete the file of the indesiderate language in the dvd's folder
\program files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2008\img
s=spanish
e=english
g=german
f=french
i=italian
q=portoguese
When install select custom installation and select the only language that do you not delete
But now i must edit the msi files with orca

To avoid need of selecting custom setup, open Pro Evolution Soccer 2008.msi with Orca and from table ISSetupTypeFeatures delete rows:
Typical French_Sound
Typical French_Text
Typical German_Sound
Typical German_Text
Typical Italian_Sound
Typical Italian_Text
Typical Portuges_Text
Typical Spanish_Sound
Typical Spanish_Text
Your game will be installed with English sounds and texts if you just select complete setup. I'm not sure is this a proper procedure but works for me. I don't have time to try other languages.
Please try and post your comments.

You don't really need the file, Post #3 tells you what to edit in 'your' msi file. Use 'Orca' to edit the MSI file. Its simple to do.
