LMA Manager 2007 [PC] HELP PLZ!!

i had this game a while back and i made a fantasy team and wen i get to the end of the season the game crashes wen i try start a new season

before my friend give me something to download which sorted it straight out now ive got the game again and its doin the same and ive forgot where to get the thing he told me 2 download

can any1 help??

wud b appeciated really need 2 carry on my season i won the league in my first season lol ha
