I cannot extract the v 1.03 No-CD for The Lord of the Rings - The Battle for Middle Earth because my antivirus does not allow it. Even if I disable the antivirus it's impossible to extract it. How can I apply the No-CD in order to play without the CD?

Use a better anti-virus program ?

Add the EXE as an exception to your virus scanner, then it will be ignored.
