Where is Call of Duty 4 v1.2 [ENGLISH] No-DVD/Fixed EXE ??

Well thats the question.
i just install COD4 1.2 patch but i cant find a no-cd exe
i don't want to damage my cd so i just want to use directly
from my pc.

any way is just a question if there is a nocd for 1.2? :confused:

BTW: this only affect the SINGLE PLAYER
