Starcraft/Broodwar

Hiya Fellas
I have both (starcraft and broodwar) CD's and both games installed.
The problem is that if i want to play Original Starcraft, i need to put the SW CD or if i want to play Broodwar, i need to change the cd to BW.

I copied install.exe from both CDs to Hard Drive but with direfents names because thay need to be on install directory, so if i want to play original, i move the one from SC to install directory or if i wann to play BW, i nedd to move the one from BW CD to install directory.

Using the Patcher 7x 1.14 i install the "Parasite" that allow to merge both files onto a big one but after install the parasite for Broodwar INSTALL.exe on the options appears the text “Unsuported CD, change 7x parasite”

What I can do, I need to merge the both install.exe (starcraft and boodwar). There exisits another way to made this, by example, how are created the mini images?

Please, don suggest to me to use a Loader.

I was just having the same problem and I got it fixed.
I know you said don't suggest using a Loader, but it really is the best way.

Google for 'scloader2b' - with this you can put the Starcraft Install.exe in the Starcraft folder, and the Brood War Install.exe in a subdirectory called BW and the loader will automatically load them both for you.

I was looking for a way of editing registry values to point to both Install.exe files, or to merge them somehow, but this file is only 80kb and it does the job, so I'm happy now!
