Anti-Mod chip codes for PS-X-Change

I just got PS-X-Change (NTSC 2.0) from a friend so I could play import games. In particular, Biohazard 3 and Final Fantasy VII International.

However, when I play Biohazard 3, the game locks up on me as though my PlayStation was modded.

Since the PS-X-Change has a hex editor that will let me put in the anti-mod chip codes, where can I find them? The instruction manual said to look at megagames, but I can't find the codes anywhere on the site...
