Help: NFS Most Wanted

I cant seem to be able to enable my gamepad during gameplay. I have a logitech freedom 2.4.. it gets recognized in-game and everything.. i can even change key functions... but i cant seem to figure out how to enable the gamepad... it somehow always defaults to the keyboard...this is giving me quite a headache.. i have tried every ingame menu there is and still havent found a way to active the gamepad...

any1 know what to do?

The only I could suggest is that chek for drivers updates for you gamepad at the logitech website, update direct x to the most recent (since all key input/sound/visuals) are made this way and chek if are any .ini or cfg files that could contain configurations settings you could edit in a text editor to map the buttons off your gamepad

Also chek if your gamepad have analog sticks coz some old digital stick ones are no longer supported by newer games If that case I would suggest buying a new one
