Game Backup won't find CD2

Any help would be appriciated. I have recently backed up my IL-2 Sturmovik game, but when I try to intall the game, I can't get the install to read the 2nd CD. It will intall the 1st CD without any problems, but when it ask to switch to the 2nd CD, it won't find it. Also, is there any way to combine all the .CAB files to install off the PC. Thanks for the help!!!

is the second disk readable in explorer?
if not, contact the publisher for replacment
