Worms 4: Mayhem problem

I got RELOADED release, but every time I try to run the Setup, an error pops up:

Setup has experienced an error, please do the following:
-close any running programs
-empty you temporary folder
-check your internet connection (internet-based Setups)

I did, but it's still giving an error
