Well it does clearly say on the box REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION. Im sure you also seen the nice big Steam logo also.

is weak, i have a Nvidia Geforce FX5500, and a gaming mobo a 2.2ghz 754 matched with Nvidia forceware chipset Nforce3 250gig,

i can play hlf2 on max EVERYTHING, not leaving anything out, in full maxed out resolution with utorrent my antivirus running full steam and windows messanger, + my active firewall. haha,, idk why but the only game i cant play is oblivion, but,, my pc is deing, slowly being covered with dust,, i need to update, ^_^
