PPF-O-Matic not working

Using PPF-O-Matic v3.0, and an NGEmu ppf;

I attempted to patch a .bin of Dino Crisis 1. Apparently the patch was successful, however the game still freezes on the violence warning screen whenever I attempt to play it using PSX.

What could be wrong?

It is the group that released the patch/program.
