Problem with Battlefield 2142 v1.25 NoCD Crack

I recently downloaded the V1.25 NO CD crack for Bf 2142 only to discover that it doesn't work. I followed the instructions. Replace the original BF2142.exe and Swiffplayer with the files in the package. So I did and when I tried to play, it says a memory.ddl file is missing and tells me a reinstall will fix it. If someone could help me that would be great.

I am using a windows Vista home premium. Yes, it does work with the cd but only after I put the correct files back. With the files I downloaded, it won't work

I guess that I must be retarded or something, but I can't make it work. Installed via mounted DVD image with a key gen'd for me and no-cd cracked with whatever is on gamecopyworld. I run the program and it wants an account name and password. So I put in my old EAgames account info and it tells me invalid cd key (no real shock there). How do I get around that?
