afaik HALO2 will be online activation, like FlightSim from Microsoft.
Tomb Raider will prolly be SecuRom´ed.

HALO2 can be bought from store
Tomb Raider was leaked (securom license protected), but isn´t final i guess
as it was intended as a Press Preview version.
