i just bought a ps2 and installed a chip here in Turkey .i wonder this chip is a modchip ? or all of the chip kinds are modchip? thanx...

Well, we don't know exactly what you've done as your information is poor. But probably, yes to both questions (so far as I know).

Did you ask someone to install a modchip?
Have you asked them which modchip they installed (very important)?
Did you do it yourself and if so which one did you think you were buying?

You need to know this stuff in order to know where to go from here. Also:

Have you got a CD burner?
Have you downloaded CloneCD to make 1:1 copies using a compatible burner?
Are you able to search the net for yourself to take yourself as far forward as possible?
How is your English?

There are shops in here who installs chips. i asked the man that is this a mod chip which installed and he says he made the chip but it is the same system as modchip he said.. there are ar2 and gameshark cds . i will buy a dvd code for region hack but it works only with modchips, i wonder dvd code will work whit my ps2 ..?

You should ask him what Hex Code download he used. If it's NEO2.2, then if he did it properly, you've got something useful. The easiest boot method is DVD Region X. You boot the PS2 with DVDRX, when the numbers appear on the screen, press EJECT on the PS2. Swap in your backup game (preferably made with CloneCD) and press START on your controller. It should boot. The AR2 method isn't a lot more complicated. So now you need to

a) Ask the above question
b) try it out
