View Full Version : Error Windows Installer: Command And Conquer 3 Kane Edition
I have tried to mount CNC3.mdf with Alcohol 120% I have started autorun.exe but the error of Windows Installer appears me: Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid.
Help me

ma mi appare l'errore di Windows Installer:
Errore durante l'applicazione delle trasformazioni.Verificare che i percorsi di trasformazione specificati siano validi.

You can't install/launch the game from mini images; read the FAQ.

run -> regedit
got to -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Installer
right click on it--> search --> cnc3kane
delete the intaire registry card where its in
had the same problem with the german version (no image)

didnt work for me... but I managed fixed that problem, i've searched days for sulotion until i bumped to that :

download, uninstall c&c3, and vwalla... no fOcking error... enjoy!

I have the same problam as you glfsd.And plz,somebody,help us fix this problem!:mad::(
glsfd has only made ONE post since registering, this one, so I doubt he'll reply seeing it was 9 months ago!

Are you doing as Joe Forster/STA said and trying to run from the mini image?
Is the game already installed? You could see if this page helps:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299699
and also try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility mentioned in that article to remove the install files for CNC3 and try reinstalling!

It didn't work.Also that kind of problems appears when I run the setup:(
Try swapping the disc at the store you got it from, it could be bad!

Unfortunatly I downloaded it from the net.And I downloaded 3 kinds of installers.:(And still nothing good.:(
And I haven't got the original disc.:(
